Barton End is approved by the British Horse Society, and with more than 40 horses and ponies you’ll always find one suited to your needs.

My daughter has been riding weekly since she turned two. We have only been coming here for the last few weeks, but she has learnt more in that short time than she has over the past two and a half years.
Abby and all the staff are absolutely fantastic. My daughter loves every lesson and is always so excited to come.

My daughter started riding at Barton End just over a year ago. What started as you can only ride once a fortnight is now her riding, at least twice a week and doing the pony share.

The staff at Barton End are exceptionable, full of knowledge, caring and really share in the progress of young riders. Everyone is celebrated.

The community is what keeps us coming back so often.

I was visiting Stoud and wanted to go out on a last minute hack, but Tang and stables were super accommodating and squeezed me in (even preparing a rain plan).
